This office is horrible, disorganized, unprofessional, and just blatantly rude. The woman, Nancy, who answers the phone is by far the rudest person in any form of legal office I have ever had to deal with. I work for the Commonwealth so I am use to dealing with all different types of people over the phone, but this woman is nothing like I have ever dealt with before. She interrupts, blatantly lies, and is completely disrespectful. I'm not even a defendant or criminal and this is how she has treated me numerous times when I try to call for anything. It doesn't matter my reason for calling. She always sounds like I interrupted her nap time and now she is annoyed with me. She really needs removed from that office. It is so unprofessional to have someone who reacts like an angry teenager when people call. Please send that woman somewhere to learn how to conduct business on a professional level. Really disgusting to be a victim and have to deal with this inconsiderate nasty woman.
I agree with the previous reviewer... Nancy is by far the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I had to call regarding a general question and you would have thought I was asking for too secret classified information. Very unprofessional, extremely rude, needs to be removed. She treats people like they are a lower, less important life form than she is.
